Update
I haven't posted in awhile and that's mainly because I've been hitting some high volume training in the past 3 weeks - this week ended up at 26.75 hours. This seems like a lot to me now but I have a feeling this will probably be normal for me in the near future. My highest previous weekly total was 23.75 →

World University Championship
I found out today I'm going to Erdek, Turkey to race in the 2008 World University Triathlon Championship on June 28th!
Graduation!
That's right - I graduated - B.S. Mechanical Engineering. University of Florida c/o 2008. Me and my friend Laura before graduation. She's pretty smart - an aerospace engineer (rocket scientist!) - but it doesn't necessarily carry over to putting a hat on the right way.
